Set Menu Choices for Trade Day 5 March 2019

 

Mains:

Twice cooked pork belly served with herb gourmet potatoes,
apple slaw, cinnamon carrot purée, apple and balsamic reduction.

 

Crispy skin pan fried akaroa salmon fillet on a spinach and herb potato smash with fennel and apple slaw,
balsamic glaze, finished with a lemon and cream caper sauce.

 

Sliced beef sirloin, mesclun, cucumber, carrots, mixed herbs of coriander, mint,
spring onions, roasted peanut and tossed in a Thai chilli dressing.

 

Eggplant parcels stuffed with tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella cheese on a courgette and
tomato napalitana sauce, finished with light salad greens herb olive oil and Parmesan.

 

Tender deep fried spiced crispy chicken with bacon, Brie, guacamole,
lettuce, paprika aioli and onion chilli jam. Served with fries and gravy.

 

Desserts:

Hot chocolate fudge brownie

Creme brûlée

Lemon and coconut cake

Cheesecake of the day
